Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about where we are, pickup, shipping, and what happens before a system leaves our hands.

Still have a question? Contact us →

Where are you located?

We're based in Davenport, Florida (ZIP 33837), just off I-4 between Orlando and Lakeland. Every system is built and tested here before it goes out.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, and it's free. Choose Pickup at checkout instead of shipping. We'll message you as soon as your PC passes final testing and set up a time that works for you.

Do you ship?

We ship nationwide. Systems are packed with foam support inside the case and double-boxed, with tracking on every order.

What's done to a PC before it ships or is picked up?

Fresh OS install with all the latest updates, drivers, software, thermals and cable management checked; then a stress test on CPU, GPU, and memory to make sure it runs the way the spec sheet says.

Can I request a custom build or upgrades?

Absolutely. Use the contact form with the games you play, your resolution, and a budget, and we'll put a quote together. RAM and SSD upgrades can also be added right on any product page.
